We are a social enterprise, committed to help communities gain access to local employment opportunities.

We do this by making it easier for employers to recruit locally; selecting qualified and experienced Londoners for local job opportunities and providing payroll and recruitment services to the employer.

Local Labour Hire CIC is recognised by Ernst and Young, sponsors of Future 100 Young Social Entrepreneurs of 2011, for demonstrating entrepreneurial flair and innovation.

Our Vision

Local Labour Hire CIC is a Joint Venture Community Interest Company, which works closely with strategic partners and the local community to supply a source of qualified and suitable local labour. Our vision is that this will bring about sustainable investment and employment opportunities for communities in London.
